Mr. Kumar A. Allady, P.E. Founder and President
Mr. Allady has over 12 years of experience as a Civil (Geotech and Structures) and Software engineer. He
has been involved in the analysis and design of super structure and substructure elements of pumpstations, spillways, multi-storied buildings, bridges and roadway
soil surveys.
Mr. Allady has performed engineering services on numerous
SFWMD and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)
projects in Districts 4, 6 and 7, and is very familiar with
FDOT and SFWMD practices and procedures.
Ms. Rekha S. Jadala Vice President, Application Development
Ms. Jadala has more than 10 years experience as a application developer, development manager, systems design analyst, consultant and project manager. She has expertise in numerous development tools and methodologies including: ESRI suite, Oracle server, Oracle Forms, OOAD, web services, system analysis and design, data flow diagramming (DFD), UML, business process modeling, data warehouse modeling, workflow automation, EAI, ETL, PLSQL, embedded SQL, ISQL, HTML, Java Script, VB, Java, .net, MS Office, MS Project, Oracle 8i-10g, MySQL, MS Access, SQL server, and Sybase.
Ms. Jadala has performed IT and GIS services on numerous projects for client such as: South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Broward County, Radiant Systems, and HNTB.
